I just purchased a drive shaft for one of my two older BMW's a 540i & 740i.This would be the 2nd time to get a used drive shaft for my 740 from Strickly German the first lasted about three months.I'm not complaining about the parts because when you buy from a junk yard you have to take the good with the bad.At any rate I drove from Cartersville,Ga about 80 miles away to get another drive shaft plus some seat parts that Estoban(a great guy ) told me he had. When I arrived I could barely get into the place with my pick up truck because there's always cars parked everywhere and the only space you get to park is what you can squeeze into. I parked and went in to find Estoban but before talking with him a guy asked me to move my truck so he could get out which I did by moving forward as close to the building as possible. Before I get out of my truck a car comes barreling in and the guy gets out screaming at me and cussing me like a yard dog(no pun intended) for ALMOST hitting his dog which I couldn't see anyway besides a guy that works there was trying to get me closer by using a hand signals. It turns out the guy cussing me is the owner. When i got out of the truck he continues to cuss me and call me all sorts of names and told me to get the hell out of there. My reply was no I drove 80 miles to pick up this part and NO I would not be leaving without the part. Finally I couldn't take the cussing so I gave it back to him. My final opinion of this place is not good. The owner is a F*%$ing idiot , a pocked faced little guy that apparently has mental problems. I will NEVER go back and will NEVER suggest to ANYBODY that they should EVER go to this place for parts or service. On a scale of 1-10 with a 10 being the worst they score...
Read moreI cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received at Strictly German in Braselton, Ga. My day took an unexpected turn when I ran over something in the road, causing a massive hole in my tire while en route to work with my mom. Despite being almost closed for the day, the team at Strictly German not only welcomed us with open arms but also went above and beyond to assist us.
Their kindness and dedication to customer service were truly remarkable. Despite tire repair not being their usual service, they skillfully patched up my tire, discovering a significant hole that warranted caution. Their honesty and professionalism were commendable—they didn’t just patch it up and send us on our way; they advised us not to drive too much on it unless absolutely necessary, ensuring our safety.
What’s more, they refused to accept any payment for their services, simply asking us to “pay it forward.” This act of generosity speaks volumes about the integrity and values of this establishment.
If you own any type of German vehicle, look no further than Strictly German for your automotive needs. Their expertise, outstanding customer service, and genuine care for their customers make them stand out in the industry. I wholeheartedly recommend Strictly German to anyone seeking top-notch service and a memorable experience. Thank you, Strictly German, for your kindness and exceptional service—you have earned a...
Read moreBEWARE!!!! I brought my sons 1995 M3 to Strictly German to have the engine looked at. Turns out it had water in it and needed to be rebuilt or replaced and they couldn't do the work so we had it towed to another shop. Once there we realized there were many valuable parts missing and we had a very difficult time getting them back, it took weeks and some were still missing. The other shop did all the work and did a great job but when we got the car back my son noticed it no longer had the original headlights. That shop has a pic of the car with the after market, cheap headlights, already on it as it came off the tow truck. We have pics of the car with the original headlights on it before it went to Strictly German. Pretty cut and dry. I reached out to Bobby, who we worked with, to let him know, he said he'd look into it. That was at the end of May. He quit responding and I had to pay over $1,100 to replace the headlights back to original. Imagine sending your car to a shop and actually having parts stolen from it. I've reached out again but crickets......don't know if I've waited too long but I guess I'll have to involve the police. Do NOT let this...
