First of all let me say that 5 stars is not enough for this company! I reached out and called this company on a Tuesday night at 7pm and Rene' answered the phone and was eager to help me! I was calling to get help for my 87 year old mother that was having some problems with the power in a few places in her home. Rene' checked her schedule and after I told her about my mom having no power for her medical alert device she immediately said I will work you in tomorrow. She told me that they would be out at my mom's house between 8-10 in the morning. I told her that would be great! Wednesday morning Josh showed up at my mom's house on time and ready to help her with her problem! He could not get my mom to the door and I ask him to keep knocking because she does not hear well and may be slow to get to the door. He did exactly that and waited for my mom to get to the door. When my mom got to the door she told him that she wanted to cancel the appointment! I do not understand why she did that! As Josh was relaying this information to me over the phone I asked him if I could speak to my mother via his phone. He kindly gave the phone to my mom and I questioned her as to what was going on and she wanted to cancel the appointment for whatever reason! The kindness and professionalism that was shown by this company is far and above what was expected. I sincerely apologized to them for coming out after they had worked so hard to get my mom worked in quickly and then not letting them do the work! Read moreMy customer service was horrible, I had a scheduled appointment between 12 and 4 and was told a service call would be $49. I received a call the morning of saying they had an earlier appointment I said that’s fine if I can call and pay u later so she put me on hold to speak to her office manager then came back to the phone and said “unfortunately we have to have payment at time of service” exact words, so I said I’ll keep my schedule appointment between 12 and 4 because that’s when I will have the money she then said if they can’t come out now then I would have to reschedule and next availability would be the following week. Btw this was the second apt I had with them they called and canceled prior to this apt as well. she put the office manager on the phone and I was also told it would be $89 instead of $49 which ok I understand people make mistakes and was ok with that but the reason made no sense she said bc they had to troubleshoot lol I said why and how do u know that. Power was out this morning only to one room but the breaker seemed ok. Samir and josh arrived within a couple of hours and took their time figuring out exactly what the problem was. I mean they were very thorough. It’s a 30 year old house that has had a couple mods by previous owners that could have taken better care so I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty. I like professionals that take pride in the work they do. Once they got everything figured they gave me 3 options to silence the problem today, do a more complete repair or fix everything they found. Pricing was reasonable for the couple of hours they spent working on the problem. Yeah I went with the minimal option today but I would definitely rely or call on this company again in the future.
