so, i just got a call from the Coffee Comp. asking for my CC number again. i have been getting Coffee from them for 2 years and have only given my card out one time when i started using them. the lady with some rudish under tones said well it most have fallen off. ( what does that even mean ) the owner gets on and seems even more less interested of why this happen with his company ( the one that is Supported by a lot of Small Businesses ) tell me we do not keep cards on file. 1 i was told it fell off 2 was told they don't keep them 3 then was told only keep last 4 numbers of a card. ( Make it make Sense ) the owner should act or at least pretend to care that my and maybe many others info has come up missing. this is when happens when you start to get greedy and lay off most of your outside work force, so i just got a call back that now they have it BUT it was not linked to my diner after 2 years of ordering coffee. they all seem to be a little snotty as they are right and we are wrong. this will be my last order from them.
i just got a 4th call in less then 30 mins. by the owner telling me he will be in today to get his equipment. lol. not after you just charged me 116.00 and will not stop the order, you may have it back with the 3 bags are done. SIR

Disappointing sales service from Caruso. Our company account was set up by an executive within and then I took over the ordering, etc. however, I found the office staff very unhelpful and condescending.
