While they do have an amazing selection of boots and accessories, their customer service leaves a little to be desired. I wandered around for almost 20 minutes before I could get someone to acknowledge my presence and help me. I think their prices are ok. Maybe a little on the high side but, not too bad. I wouldn't mind paying a little more if the service was fantastic. However that is not the case. Oh my gosh this place is amazing. So many boots, and great quality Western shirts too at prices way better than department stores I've tried. They are really experts too and helped me get just the right fit for my boots. They have boot care products too to keep them from drying out like my last pair did. (Snakeskin) super friendly.
