The worst Dollar General (Breese, IL) I have ever seen/been to. The manager is constantly outside standing in the front entrance smoking; they advertise and sell helium/balloons but because “they didn’t have time” today, they denied that service of blowing up the balloons; they are constantly under stocked and under staffed.
