I had a bad experience with this store l took a gold bracelet in very sentimental my husband gave me year's ago it broke l took it in l was quoted it would be 50.00 to repair l wore the bracket one week it broke again l called right away to say the lady was rude is a undertatement I took the bracelet in she told me that it was broken in a different place I must have caught it on something which I did not I'm positive I did not I was very careful with the bracelet because my husband passed away that meant a lot to me.
