I am very upset having to leave this type of review about one of my favorite places. I have never had service like experienced yesterday. The fries were cold, the tea tasted like it had soap in it….. the Carribean jerk wings I ordered tasted nothing like Carribean Jerk that I’ve ever tasted. The 3 different appetizers we ordered tasted like the worst quality…. just like box items. (Cheese sticks, raviolli bites, jalepeno poppers). I was not pleased. I had to pay $71 for our order for my family of four and that’s 1 drink one combo of chicken fingers. The chicken fingers and my husbands wings were good. Everything else was horrible. Before, I would have rated this place 4 stars. However, the last two times I have ordered food online it has not been right. I ordered sauced boneless wings and got sauceless boneless wings and cold fries. I figured maybe I made a mistake. However, for this second order, I'm missing my fries and my boneless wings are bone-in. I made sure to select boneless too. The only saving grace is that the wings are really good. I've been twice and sevice was bad both times. The first time, the cashier took my money and then proceeded to make my order without gloves nor washing hands. The second time they were playing and throwing items which were falling on the floor and in the baskets with the food and thought that i would be ok with paying for that and eating it. Uh, i don't think so. Never have to worry about me nor my family going there again. Very unsatisfied and disappointed in the serive. Needs more adult...
