First Nails — Local services in Bremen

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Last week was the first time my cousin & I had ever been here. We decided to go because the prices were fair & it was convenient. We both asked for ombré nails. My cousin already had sns on and she showed the manager, he waited until we were there for an hour to tell her she needed to soak. There was only 2-3 people in there at this point so not busy at all. My nails looked HORRIBLE. The white was NOT blended with the pink at all. You could see where the white bubble stopped & the pink picked up. I asked for them to be short & even after telling him 3 times to make shorter they were still to long. My daughter was with us & wanted her nails painted, we let him know when we arrived she wanted hers done as well. They moved her 3-4 different times after placing her in a chair to have other people getting “more $” services done first. An older lady came in & the manager pushed everyone that was before her out of the way to do hers first. My daughters polish came off the next day & I ended up getting mine fixed elsewhere yesterday because they were horrible to look at. We should have know from the get go when there was a sign that states as you walk in “if not happy with nails, let us know before you leave” - how many people have you had complain that you needed that sign? & the fact that ombré nails were $35 🥴 I will never...

On August 4th 2022 I received a pedicure by the lady with cut bangs across her forehead. I'm unsure her name. She cut my toe nail too short and into the quick. Then cut the side of the toenail. The next day I woke up it pink, swollen, and sore. It slowly got worse over time, more red, severely swollen, and extreme pain. I went to urgent care on September 30th 2022. They placed me on a 5 day round of antibiotics. It did not help. Today 10/15/22, it is severely worsened to the point I'm going to have to schedule a podiatrist appointment and spend more money to fix my toe from the pedicure ladys' mistake. I will not be back. I will not recommend them to anyone either.

On the phone the guy told me $30 and when i was done he told me 45. I have went in there three times and every time they were unclean and did not sanitize. When I was getting my nails done he dropped his file on the floor that has hair and all kinds of nasty stuff on it then picked it up and started again. He did everything totally different and couldn't even do a basic smiley and sad face. After only a DAY my nails just popped off because he did not put enough glue on them. This is nothing that i wanted and i had to tell him more then 10x times of what color and design cause he could not understand me. It also took him 2 hours to do a basic black set of acrylic nails with black powder and a smiley and sad face on my middle finger. I will never go here again. VERY...
