Waffle House — Restaurant in Buchanan

Visited the buchanan location at 10:30 weekday We walked in and I asked if a certain waitress was there and was told (with a crappy attitude) from Buffy the manager that 'she didn't have anyone there by that name " ...when we knew she (missing waitress) was there 2 months ago. She (Buffy) needs to practice better customer service skills We were told by another waitress that our favorite waitress works at a different location due to unfair treatment from management. My eggs were cold, waffle was cold and bacon burnt. I asked for extra crispy NOT burnt Come on ...you're in a customer service job ...go back to training classes or learn how to speak to repeating customers. But no longer a repeat at...

I have been traveling around a bit and I came across a Waffle House. I have tried this place so I know what to expect at any Waffle House location. This one did not disappoint me! I got the classic waffle with butter and syrup with it. It sounds a bit basic but trust me I wasn't in the mood to eat as much but the waffle that comes from the name "waffle house" is delicious. It tastes like it was home made hence the name "waffle house"! The service was spectacular, and the employees were very nice and attentive as were the other locations. Customer service was not of importance to our waitress. Rachel was less than happy to be there. Asked for a dark waffle and onions - repeated it twice and still didn’t happen. Chilli was basically water. 1 Chef was talking about the other chef smoking so much. “ is she even going to cook tonight or what” Which makes things awkward 😐 Waitress was then short and rude.
