They are full of AGENCY and this is why. The nurses are bullies. They like to throw their weight around by scrutinizing and micro manging while not doing their nusing tasks. They leave meds on table side and walk away without making sure they are taken and dont even acknowledge the patients as they yell from the top of their lungs. The DON is never on the floor to see with her own eyes what is really going on and its always something but quick to go along with the nurse(whom might be agency aswell). They are so unorganized and like most places hate when someone comes in with a structured mentality. Atleast three of the adminstration team has left for one reason or another in the last pass month and they cant keep consistant agency because of the lack of team work. Please check on your family regularly because they are not being cared for properly, and if working be prepared to be on your feet the whole time or you can hide or go chill on the back and smoke. You can tell who is working bacause its their mission, for money and/or power. Its so obvious and sad cause you took a oath to do the right thing(smh). This is the nastiest place the nurses are ALWAYS!! Outside smoking right in front of the doors even when they have residents outside with them. When they are done smoking they throw their cigarettes right across the street in a neighbors yard also everytime they get off they take there mask off and also throw them on the ground which then blows everywhere. Not to mention the ones that work on third spend majority of there time outside with whatever creeper they have pull up and smoke weed and blare music so if you care about the well being of your loved ones I would think twice about...

I would definitely not leave my family here they sent my mother of 4 hours away and didnt contact me till after she was gone and then i find out the next day that they had kicked her out of there with no where to go and who in there right mind would kick a elderly person out that has dementia thats what social workers are for to talk to the family if there is issues so that i could take care of them before this matter occured they would have never told me they discharged her if i havent called the next day this place is very poor management it needs to be shut down always...
