If I could give less of a review I would. My daughter dropped a chunk of money on appliances for a new house. She gets them home and the stove didn't work. He has a sign in the store as to the 30 day warranty he is supposed to honor. However, when they took it back saying it didn't work he refused to give them a working stove or a refund when they took it back 2 days later. My daughter requested the part then at the least. He agreed and said he'd call when it came in. Since then he's ignored any phone calls or contact including locking the door when she would go in person or hanging up the phone when we'd call from a unknown or different number. Finally, 4 months later after the January purchase I went with her and we got the part after threatening further action. Then to top it all off he gave us some random part that didn't even work. Not at all how business should be conducted. Such a lack of a man honoring his word and written signage inside...

I bought a like new Refrigerator from Mike back around 2010 or so. Paid $200 for a side by side stainless steel Door GE. After about 2 weeks or so the fridge stopped working. He promptly came out and explained about surges and that we did not have a gfi surge breaker on our fridge outlet and a surge more than likely fried the motherboard. He still honored the warranty. Today I just replaced that refridge. Still worked though after 7 years.

We also about that same time bought a washer and dryer for about $100- $150 each. After 7 years they are still like new condition. They work perfect!!

Best advise if you are on a tight budget or want to save thousands go see Mike. He was at a Villa Rica location when I bought ours. Very glad to know he still saving people money.

The guy who owns this place "Mike" is a world class crook! Called to have a washer looked at was told by Mike I will call you in the morning to set up a time to come out. At 10 am still hadn't heard from him so I had to call him. He said he would be at my house in 45 min....after 2 hours he still had not showed up or had the decency to give a courtesy call? He doesn't know that a Samsung is completely different from a Maytag. After looking into this guy people started talking who have had first hand knowledge and experience of how very unprofessional and a crook who preys on the elderly and those who are low income with absolutely no remorse!
