They sold me and my husband a mattress and box spring on 11/13/20. When we purchased this we purchased the scotch guard as well, once we went to pick up our mattress after they called us, they said it wasn't ready to be picked up and asked us to come back in an hour. (We refused bc we had taken our lunch break early just to come get the mattress) We ended up getting our mattress and headed home, then we realized they had not scotch guarded our mattress even tho we paid for it, so I called up there. Now here we are on 2/18/21 and we still have yet to have our mattress scotch guarded and I have called up there, or showed up here every week. They keep LYING to us and saying oh it'll be next week, then the next, then the next, so on.. They have yet to call and contact us One time about this incident and its getting old.

I do not and will not ever recommend anyone to Farmers, they are EXTREMELY unprofessional, and they have no idea what they are doing.

This place was great, super nice ladies and the delivery guys were so nice and helpful. Will buy again there for sure.

Made another purchase, this time an adjustable bed. It is sooo very nice. I bought a soft mattress and didn’t sleep very well, so I’m giving it a couple of nights. I’m sure if I can sleep on it , they will be willing to take it back for a firmer one. The manager is a total incredible help. The staff is the best. A small town blessing.

New up date: my mattress didn’t work out . I have ALS and my new mattress was killing my legs and back as I’m getting worse by the day. Theses are the greatest people EVER . They are taking my mattress back for another one , a bit firmer. Why can’t all businesses be like that. God Bless...
