Here's my background on all this stuff. I have zero back ground. The lovely ladies on my team decided it would be fun for me to experience my first facial and raved about how amazing this process is. I reluctantly agreed to do it. It must have been their combined enthusiasm. Luckily, I already knew the person performing the facial. Jolie Crandell was a past client of mine and joined our team to help military and veteran families into getting into their homes, about over a 100 families. She was an amazing asset to our team and we miss her dearly. Because of that, I knew i was going to be well cared for. The place is clean and professional but also very welcoming and calming. Jolie was amazing through out the process. She not only made sure I was comfortable and felt safe with how nervous I was but was also incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. She taught me a lot about skin care that I had never known about and I can easily see how much passion she has for skin care and shared her story on how she got into doing what she loves doing now. I'm all about having specialist in my life who are passionate about what they do. I'm glad to know someone like her in this field. I’ve been seeing Leslie for facials for several years, and recommend people to her all the time. I was referred to her, and right from the start I could tell she knew what she was doing and had a passion for it. I've been getting facials here for a little over a year, and each experience is amazing. I overcame my fears and got a pedicure, Ali is absolutely wonderful and Hannah does an amazing massage during the 90 minute facial. Not everyone will things the same, but it's all done well and with thought given to the customer.
