I bought a used robot vacuum. I don't live in Brenham but I pass through there every 2 weeks for my job. The Lady that was waiting on me was very nice and helpful. She ran the unit for about 10 seconds to make sure it works. A couple days later I plugged in to charge. After charging it I turned it on and let it go. It did fine for about a couple minutes then stop. I put it on the charger again and tried it again. The same thing happen again. So the next time I went though Brenham I stopped by the store which was less then 2 weeks since I bought the unit. I took it in with the receipt and the (female) manager told me that there is no refund or store credit since they gave me a break on the price. Lets see a used vacuum that is 10 years old {I found the build date code on the unit.} is worth $60.00 that was mark on the unit. I got them down to $40.00. The Manager would not budge on bit. I got to say she had good training on screwing people. I was not told about the fine print on the bottom of the receipt. I said and I quote THE PURCHASER HAS THOROUGHLY INSPECTED THE ITEMS TO BE PURCHASED AND ACCEPTS THE ITEMS AND PURCHASES THE (AS IS) WITHOUT WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF ANY OTHER NATURE. Again I was not informed on this clause in the purchase. I STRONGLY RECOMMED NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ELECTRICAL FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU LET THEM RUN IT FOR 30 MINUTES. LIVE AND LEARN. SOMETIMES ITS THE HARD...

Read moreStopped here as I was passing through Brenham on the way back home to Tomball. I had been on the lookout for a small compact digital camera that I could carry around and use instead of my phone. I found a nice little Nikon camera in great shape but it was missing the charging adapter. I asked about negotiating the price and the people there were great about adjusting the price accordingly and I was happy to buy...
