Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Brenham

Normally I like to shop here, today I ask for help and some dude basically grunted and pointed to the other side of the store. This is the small town friendly I can do without. When I entered the store, nobody greeted me but there was some woman yelling at an old man she felt like was talking to much while he was paying for his merchandise. She proclaimed that she was third in line and was in a hurry, she stated that she had left her kids in the car. Apparently her time more valuable than anyone else. The concerned mother she seemed herself, seems to me her kids were endangered by being left alone in her car. I don't think I will shop here again anytime soon....

I generally thought that most things were more expensive here, but when I started comparing with local box store, I found that at least some of the things I buy were about the same price. I don't think you could find a friendlier staff. I'm new to the area and have been to this store a handful of times and every single time, they've just been super friendly and helpful. I can get in and out of here way quicker than the big stores. I also tried the "buy online" option. That was super easy and fast. I love Tractor Supply and have been coming here for years, but recently customer service has started to lack. I couldn't get any help today and when I finally got a hold of someone, they would toss me around from person to person until I had enough. The store has gotten really messy and none of the employees seem interested in cleaning up simple messes, like dog food spills. The only thing this Tractor Supply has going for it is the fact that not all of their products are overpriced. And by that I mean one or two items.
