Took 5 weeks when I was told 2-3. It also cost double what I was told when I dropped it off. They charged me 2.77 hours to do the normal maintenance which I could have done myself in about 45 minutes, which is what I’ll do next time, and I’m not a 4 wheeler mechanic. They charged me $249 (labor) plus $78 (oil and filters and such). That’s $327 for just normal maintenance. I had some carb work done at the same time and they cleaned the “fuel system” and charged me $390. I did the exact same thing on my wife’s 4 wheeler and it took me under an hour. They charged me 3 hours plus the parts which is double what I can buy them for on the internet. They were also $30 higher on their batteries than o’reillys, for the same battery. The only reason it got done when it did is because I kept calling them and asking about it. This is a typical mechanics shop where they take advantage of people that don’t know what’s going on. When you voice you know what they’re talking about and it doesn’t need that they skip to something else. This is the type of place that you go into to air up a tire and they try to convince you that you need all new tires. That’s everyone there from service to the owner. I would not recommend this...

Poor customer service. If I could give no stars I would. Waited 45 minutes before anyone spoke to us. Had cash in hand to purchase a 2016 UTV. Four hours later...still no UTV , owner Rob just up and left us. Came back next day to pick up UTV, still not ready, waited over an hour, left and went down the street to the Kubota dealer and purchased a 2016 Kubota UTV. In and out in 15 minutes and Kubota was delivered to my home. Spoke to owner Rob regrading why we didn't buy from him. Told him it was a lack of customer service and having to wait four hours because he just up and left us during the sale. His excuse was they were short handed. Hire more people!!! When we were there both times there was only one salesperson the owner a mechanic and a office person. How can a business operate with only two salespeople. We had a four wheeler up there for 3 months for repairs. Rollen is the Service manager there and he is the biggest liar I have ever met. He told us after 2 weeks he was a couple days away from an estimate. 2 weeks later he said he had parts ordered for it but couldn't give an estimate or a description of the problem. Finally after 3 months of lying to us about the problem. Telling us he was working on it we decided to just go pick up the fourwheeler. He said we can't get it because it's torn apart.
