I witnessed something disturbing to me last night a lady and gentleman was paying for there items the machine ate there money and said they still owed the original amount and an employee watched them pay . The manager came over and basically said they couldn’t leave with the stuff because he has no proof of payment. He was really rude to the lady she asked him to count down the drawer and he said he couldn’t because it wouldn’t be proof she paid. I did not quite understand that said the cameras can’t prove she paid . But a employee watched her. And he was really rude to her when she asked questions he told her to leave. Someone needs to contact the general manager. My husband went in the store to purchase stuff because we have money and we come there everyday to spend money and the lady with the glasses , braids or whatever , she wanna harrass every customer 😑 my husband bought 2 things and she she gone come behind him and follow him out the door until she seen me sitting in the car waiting on him. I was at the register across from a lady that was paying and the machine took the change she was paying with . As a manager of a store I know there was something that could have been done but the manager Shay said he didn’t have proof she paid.
