BAM! Snoballs — Restaurant in Florida

My buddy told me I had to go try a snow cone at this place. In my mind, I was like how fancy can you get with a snow cone… just syrup and ice. Boy was I wrong. Walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. Owner is awesome amd was super helpful with the menu and what’s good. I had my wife and kids with me so streamlined ordering is always beneficial. My buddy told me exactly what to try, the BAM! with ice cream and condensed milk drizzle. It was the best snow cone/snow ball I’ve ever had. The consistency of the snowball was more like Italian ice then snow cone. Awesome designs on the wall to look at while you eat your shaved ice! Also the customer service from the cashier was awesome. She was a shorter female with glasses and from the beginning she was great. We told her we had never been here before and she explained how to order with grace. We very much appreciated that. Also the flavors I got were I believe Pina colada and green apple and I loved it. Really good flavor and a good size too! The ice was fine as well which I loved because some places have large chunks of ice and it's not a very good texture. But this absorbed the flavors very well and didn't sink to the bottom like other shaved ices I've had. (And I'm from Hawaii where we LOVE shaved ice. Lol.)
