OMG! Where do I start?! To begin with, I bought a 2013 Bentley Mulsanne in November 2020. The car had 20,000 miles on it. Six months later, on 5 May 2021, the engine went out on the car. I was a little disappointed but things happen, plus I had a warranty on the car. Carlock Motorcars received my car on 5 May 2021. Here it is 6 April 2022, eleven months later and they are STILL working on replacing the engine. I have called Bentley Customer Care throughout this 11 months nightmare and complained more times than I can count. All they do is put me in contact with the area representative for Carlock. A complete waste of time. I have called the service department at Carlock Motorcars and they rarely answer the phone. When they do answer, all I get is they are working on it. Meantime, I’m paying a car payment on a car that I haven’t seen for almost a year. I’ve payed thousands of dollars on rental cars throughout this process. Im tired of waiting on my car! Im tired of being patient! I’ve called at least 5 other Bentley dealerships to get their perspectives on my ordeal; They’ve all said that my car has been there entirely too long. We’ve all heard about the maintenance and costs associated with ownership, but really the worry of unresolvable problem held me back from even considering one. The folks at Carlock are top notch, skilled and professional. They care about your car because they love these cars.
Jack has been my point person through the process of reviving this beauty and the whole thing has been seamless. He made the loaner process easy (2025 XC90, nice) and accommodated drop off and repair times that worked with my schedule.
Haiden is an aspirational technician. He clearly loves Astons, all cars really, but chose Aston-AMG specialized training and now has an apprenticeship of his own. After the first inspection, Haiden compiled a multimedia guide through his findings in what really resembled an endoscopy report (I read many of these). He was excited to show my dirty engine and cabin air filters like a surgeon who’d removed a disgusting gallstone. It’s a great feeling to feel personal investment from someone you trust with a precious item. He made me feel it was more than just car I really, really enjoy.

I had two vehicles that I was purchasing one in Aston Martin db707 and the other was a Bentley speed and I go back today and my salesperson for the Aston Martin is gone and the salesperson for my Bentley speed is gone and no one could answer any of my questions or tell me about the status of my orders. Anyone with any common sense would never even consider doing business at this dealership. I cannot understand how Aston Martin or Bentley would even let this dealership stay in business or let them keep a franchise impossible.
