The reply to my comment is a bad attempt to cover the nonexistent customer service this "business" offers. Not one email from me sent to WWC received a reply. I only made one order with this company for cocoa powder. I had sent a question to the company either by its website or newsletter and no one replied. I believe I resent my question another time before I decided to call this business. The older male I spoke with used unnecessary profanity in his discussion with me about my question and how no one answered my online messages. His tone seemed cold as well and my question would not incite any emotion. I later unsubscribe and had not ordered since. There are better operating companies that sell cocoa products fortunately. The one star is for my cocoa despite my dislike of the packaging. I could smell the cocoa as I removed it from the shipping package, which influenced my question. Their return policy is charging you for so many expenses that it won't be enough for giving your any money back! For the return the package I have to be charged for label, for shipping, for box (which I didn't receive with order) and for the the USPS service!
