Absolutely the most stunning natural setting Motorcoach Resort in the US. Pet friendly 9 hole par 3 golf course and unmatched views throughout the resort. Amazingly friendly community for owners and visitors with an abundance of social activities for all interests. World class pickle ball courts. Sites ranging from outdoor kitchens to Pavillions all the way up to enclosed coach houses. Class A Motorcoachs only.

Our first time to Mountain Falls Luxury Resort and it sure didn’t disappoint! If you have dogs and want to stay on the ridge I’d highly recommend site R72. It’s completely fenced, we were able to open the door to our coach and simply let the dogs out. It’s beautifully landscaped and has tall greenery on each side of the lot to make it feel very private and the views are to die for!

Please note: this review is of the reservation / cancellation policy for Mountain Falls Luxury Motorcoach Resort ONLY. If I could give this place negative stars I would. BE AWARE, if you make a mistake, this is the most inflexible company you will EVER deal with. By my admission, I messed up and reserved a spot with this site not understanding what a Class A MotorCoach resort is. I acknowledge my mistake. I am new to camping and do not yet understand all of the nuances. Unfortunately, I was within 21 days of the reservation and I was told that there was ABSOLUTELY no way that I could receive a refund. (I had the reservation less then 5 hours by the time I got a hold of someone.) That person told me that there was nothing that she could do and I was charged the full amount of a one day rental $85. They are taking $85 even though the resort was not used and the spot at the resort is still available for booking. Nice policy. I did receive a call from the resort manager, during that call I was told that people make this mistake often (i'm not the first) and the board will NOT refund money (even in the event of death, example provided by manager). In my conversation with the manager I acknowledged my mistake several times. Each time I was also told that the information about this site being a "Class A Motorcoach only site" was clearly posted. CLEARLY it was not, or I never would have made the reservation. There is nothing on the home page of their site explaining what a Class A Motorcoach is. There is nothing to alert you to the restriction when you are surfing their site (no pop up messages, no click boxes to acknowledge your understanding) no messages in Red or bold (until you make it to the reservation). There IS one line on the reservation page (in blue...not in red as the manager claimed). The line (in blue) about what a Class A Motorcoach is, is placed just above bold RED information that draws the eye away from the important information about who can stay at this resort. If this resort is going to be so inflexible in their refund policy, they should do everything that they can to insure their standards are CLEARLY stated. (and not just in obscured text on SOME pages and in a click box during the reservation process) Again, I acknowledge that I made the mistake...and evidently will be paying for it in the sum of $85. BE CAREFUL these are not...

To the Staff and Owners at Mountain Falls , As the Luxury Motorcoach Resort that we love staying at , I'm sorry to say we will never return again do to Ur HEARTLESS Reservation Manager JO' Ellen who has no compassion and R the managing skills to B in her position . She was very rude to my wife and myself . She lied to me over the phone , Putting words in my wife's mouth when my wife was sitting right next to me and never uttered the word;s she was telling me my wife had said to her . We were MANDATORY EVACUATION in Juno Beach Fla. From Hurricane Irma . We did book a reservation at the resort with all good intentions of staying . We did tell the reservation personal that we were traveling out of Florida and not sure how the road's / Traffic would B . Well it turned out that the traffic was slow moving to standing still that it took us 22 hour's just to get to Augusta Georgia . This was a 2 day event with us keeping in contact with the resort to Letting them know R position . Not to travel at night . When we finally landed in Augusta Georgia , We were stressed out and wore out from the whole ordeal . This was not a scheduled or planned vacation . It was a mandatory evacuation from the Hurricane Irma . She told us that she is still charging R Credit Card $500.00 for the NO SHOW Reservation . I objected to her reasoning R there of reasoning and compassion to a sister state that they could of been a little more reasonable in stead of 1 minded . She also stated if I died there wouldn't B any refund and that many of Florida people made reservations that also didn't show and they weren't getting a refund on a charge card that we never used the resort .We couldn't get there . I'm copying this and putting on the review because I already no this will end up in the reservations lap and B deleted . I'm canceling my Credit Card Charges and I'm giving this information to Governor Rick Scott's office who told all Floridian people that end up getting railroaded / over charged . U have the power to delete this , But U don't have the power to erase it from my file . Proving it was sent out . Again , I'm sorry that this is the way U do business in time's like this. Respectfully...

This place is on the top of a mountain so the road in is windy and treacherous. Our 41 foot rv which is brand new was scary to navigate on the roads. They resort warns you about not taking certain highways to get there but doesn't tell you that the last 8 miles will age you 10 years. Then to add insult to injury , they are blasting to make a straighter road. Oh good. That doesn't help those who are trying to get there now. Had we known, we would not have gone. Yes, the views from the ridge are lovely, IF you can get spot there and if there's no fog. But there's often a lot. Then, hurricane Nate blew through . That was no ones fault but sure didn't help. The sites are level and landscaped. Many have stone fireplaces but renters are NOT ALLOWED TO USE THEM. They don't tell you that. They just show you pretty pictures. So we hauled out our portable grill after paying a premium to be here. There was nothing going on in the clubhouse when we were there, and the natives were less than friendly. Didn't feel like camping. Felt more like a mobile home park where we were the wrong religion or something. Part of it is that many who bought there have little cottages they use next to their sites, so they are a pretty close knit group. And there was no friendly welcome. All the lady at the desk would say was " Well, you are paid in full. " Four times. No welcome, no thanks for coming , no enjoy your visit. There are no services or restaurants or anything within a half hour. The town of Brevard does have some but mind you, that's a half hour down the mountain again. I would never stay here again and I don't recommend the drive. The landscaping and the views are lovely...
