Was referred to this business for embroidery services and although her work was great, the turnaround time and customer service was not great at all. I was told it would take 2 weeks to have 2 sweaters embroidered and of course she had me pay up front. Well 2 weeks came and went and when I came to pick up, my order was half completed with a note that said she “ran out of time” to complete before she had to leave on vacation and she would get around to it when she got back. This would have been nice to know ahead of time but she asked for no contact info upon ordering. I wasn’t told how much longer my order would take to complete so I left my contact info to be called when it was ready. The worst part is this was a gift that I was sending to someone and had it been completed, I would have been able to gift on time. After another week, I still hadn’t heard if my order was done so I called and she said it was ready. Again, would have been nice to know instead of me having to call and ask. She didn’t apologize for delaying my order or for not completing when she said it would be done. I guess my order wasn’t of importance to her.
