I brought in 10 -12 beautiful name brand outfits. They were covered and on heavy duty hangers. Lorraine took them all. I went back a few months later and was told there's nothing on my account. I was very upset as she said, I don't understand why there isn't anything showing. All of the clothing came from Macy's and Talbot's. She said, Well maybe I donated them as they didn't sell. This didn't even make sense to me. She then questioned herself, Why didn't at least 1 sell. I believe Lorraine didn't post them to my account. I left very upset. I just felt like I was going to cry. I love this shop. The clothing is mostly name brand and very gently used. The pricing is competitive for the quality and condition of the clothing. The shop is clean, well lit and not overstocked so you can move around with ease. It is also very easy to find the size you are shopping for and you don’t have to paw through stacks and racks of clothing. I highly recommend this shop to consignment...
