University Radiology — Local services in Brick Township

It saddens me to have to write this review because I was so happy with my experience at University Radiology in Point Pleasant on May 18th I had a Monogram, the Mammographer was kind, sweet, and seemed highly educated in her field, my DR’s Office got the results within a few days. I decided to have the two ultrasounds I needed done there and set up an appointment May 23rd, I was told that the ordering physician would have my results in 24 to 48 hours well it’s now 11 days later the Urgent Care office that ordered these test has still not gotten the results. They have called University Radiology 4 times, and left messages and no one has called them back! I called University Radiology on Friday June 1st ( 9 days after these ultrasounds were done) with the Urgent Cares fax number and was told “oh that’s why they were never sent we are missing one digit from the fax number” really no on could be bothered to figure it out and find out the correct fax number .. I gave the fax number and was assured that these results would be sent over right away. I called the Urgent Care today 6/3 and guess what no results. I’ll be calling to speak with the office manager at University Radiology in the PP office on Monday. The people I dealt with in this office were lovely which is the kind of place I’d recommend and become a repeat costumer of if need be, but still waiting for results 11 days later I don’t think I can be a repeat customer or recommend this office,...

I just had 2, back to back MRI’S here and I will tell you, I will forever be coming here from now on. Even though I was 15 min late past my check in time Katherine was polite and professional. Katherine made sure all my pre checkin paperwork was all taken care of and even though I was late, she was nothing but professional, kind, and courteous to me. I sat for a minute before my name was called. Julie, who was my MRI tech went above and beyond. It was by far the most pleasant MRI experience I have ever had. She was very attentive in making sure I was not in any discomfort or pain during my visit. Julie walked me through the entire MRI step by step to make sure l was ok. As we were starting the MRI of my shoulder Julie found a small sliver of metal that was lodged in my arm that I was unaware of. Immediately she stopped all operations to go double check if it was safe to proceed or not. University Radiology is a State of the Art Facility with a Remarkable, Marvelous Staff with the Highest Expertise. My Heart is grateful for their Kindness, Thoughtfulness, Compassion & Caring Ways always. I have gone to University Radiology for almost 20 years with always having a wonderful experience. This day I was here for an MRI, therefore I am grateful to my wonderful, thoughtful MRI Technician for her Expertise. From the Front Desk Staff to all the Fabulous, Incredible Technicians whom I am most grateful for - I thank you so much for your Beautiful Hearts & Kindness as always. There are beautiful "Angels" here on earth who help others & the wonderful Staff at University Radiology in Pt, Pleasant are among these beautiful Angels.
