Sonny's Super Food — Local services in Bridgeport

Sonny’s is a decent store with good selection in such a small town. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean.

Some problems I have ran into: They close too early for being the only grocery store in town with a water refill station. 7pm on weekdays in the summer is ridiculous.

Expired items or near expired items are a frequent occurrence. This issue can be throughout most of the items.

I find some of the item placement awkward and confusing.

The prices are too high on a lot of items. I’m better off traveling to the next town and...

This store is very horrible I spent allot of money at the one in Bridgeport half the produce department has rotten fruit and vegetables and growing mold bread is out dates and I have seen experatiin dates changed in food that has expired they have freezer burnt frozen chicken and other things out dated me and my family will never even shop in any of these stores again and bad watermelon with worms in them do don't shop there employees arw...

Clean, as always. Changing a lot for social distancing. The shelves are filling up nicely. More foods are back. Floor marked for distancing. And a few prices are coming down a little.

My only (minor)concern is employees not wearing masks when in contact with customers. I guess that that is my...
