My husband and I were absolutely blown away by this service!! Display! Food! Taste! Thoughtfulness ! All of it.

First off Luz was incredibly kind and helpful from the start. I called pretty late in the game in terms of having catering booked for 50 people! Lucky us she decided in hearing our story to try and make it work even though she also had a prior commitment that day. We requested a set up for a kids birthday party that would allow us to not need to cook nor heat up anything. We also asked for bite sized plates, allowing guests to have dinner foods that were able to walk around with. I sent over two Pinterest boards to explain. She was very open to viewing and coming up with ideas to help!

Luz took my Pinterest board and not only delivered what I requested but she did even more than we ever expected. She found new pieces to match our 1950s train theme. She elevated our dining room by her very beautiful display arrangement. We were blown away by the surprise train she found and painted to really fit the theme. We had guests all night long asking who did this for us? How did they do that? Where did this idea come from? So blown away!

Besides how absolutely GORGEOUS her and her teams display was, the food was absolutely impeccable. The food delivered just as well as display. Crowd favorites were the beef creamy crostini !! Insanely gorgeous combination of flavors (which I agree). Shrimp guacamole cup was so fresh and clean tasting. Guacamole flautas cups were very fresh and tasty too! So so many we loved. Not a single person went without enough food even with us deciding to do mini plates. Luz guided us towards how much food to have for this size party and was spot on! Every guest could tell and commented on the food taste and display, only a team who truly cares about and loves what they’re doing could perform in such a wonderful way.

Luz and her team were extremely kind even when my husband and I mixed up some things in the end with payment on our end, she was so patient and understanding and still continued our job and came back the next day to help sort everything out.

They also allowed us to leave all of the mess and they cleaned it the next day as part of her and her teams service fee. This was wonderful.

All around we were so grateful her Luz, her team, and Bright Thyme catering overall! Definitely Hire! No...

I recently got married at Five Birds Farm and they informed us that they work with Bright Thyme Catering. After a declious tasting we decided to use the talented, kind, and caring people at Bright thyme catering! Wedding planning is stressful enough but Luz made sure everything was smooth sailing, working not only as a talented caterer but an amazing liaison between us and Five Birds Farm.

Luz and her team offered delicious Farm fresh fair with a wide range in food options at varies price point. We asked for an autumnal Thanksgiving Vibe for our wedding and they delivered!

We had a special request for a late night snack of Guatemalan street food called Shucos(hot dogs cabbage ketchup Mayo mustard guacamole on a toasted bun) Luz searched for the perfect bread and gave us a taste of Guatemala! We greatly appreciated her dedication to getting everything right.

We had a loud crowd that day but it was amazing to hear the hush come over us as food was delivered family style to each table. I loved watching everyone passing plates and silently eating. And as a testament to how good the food was a few guests put pride aside and asked neighboring tables if they could have what was leftover.

Luz's staff was kind and caring not only to me but the everyone in attendance. Throughout the day while I was getting ready the staff would check on me and tell me how great everything was looking. Which was so appreciated as a nervous bride.

To me food is a love language and it is clear that is also the case with Luz. I look forward to finding an excuse to work with Luz and Bright Thyme...
