As a small business owner myself, I understand that delays and mishaps happen. However, what I've experienced here goes beyond reasonable expectations. After Bryan assured me the package would ship by Monday (6/2/25), I was provided with yet another faulty tracking number - the second one I've received for this order originally placed on March 7, 2025. UPS confirmed they never received the package either time.

The complete lack of resolution after three months, coupled with misleading tracking information, is simply unacceptable business practice. While I appreciate Bryan's communication, professional operations require more than just responses - they require follow-through and honesty when issues arise.

I genuinely wanted this transaction to work, but this experience has demonstrated a concerning pattern that other buyers should be aware of. At this point, I cannot recommend this seller due to the repeated failures in fulfillment and transparency.

I dont want to bore anyone and dont usually make reviews but I think this one is justified. Its easy to see Bryan does great work. But that's never what's its all about its everything that comes with the purchase and the trust. Lets just say there was a bit of a hiccup in the purchase. Just so happens that it wasnt the seller (Bryans) fault. He was more concerned with having a disgruntled client than making money and that's what's important and what I respect. He made right on the purchase and wasnt looking to profit. As someone who works in sales.. you win some and lose some. SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! This seller is scamming people. I ordered this in early November for Christmas, and after Christmas, only after I reached out did they send a UPS tracking number for a package that was never delivered to UPS. They made a lot of excuses for months playing on my sympathy. There are a lot of other buyers who had the same experience, believe them, I wish I had. I suspect the positive reviews are fake. When I finally demanded they send the order there were more crazy excuses. They never intended to send me anything. Etsy refunded the $$ but didn't investigate...
