I spoke with Tyler Martin at the Helmuth Builders at the Shenandoah Heritage Market location in reference to a center support that broke on our LuxCraft 4’ Adirondack Glider, he asked that I email him with the information and he would forward to the LuxCraft vendor. Within a total of 8 days between speaking with him, we have received the part to replace the broken one from LuxCraft. That’s incredible! If anyone would have questions as to the quality of the LuxCraft furniture, do not fear, it is superior in design and performance and has lifetime warranty. Can't ever get a hold of the office to make my payments. Also, I feel as though our payments have dragged out longer than they should have for the RTO option. Perhaps I should have researched that route a bit more, as I definitely feel with as much as we pay over the "minimum" payment each month, we should be paid off by now.
