There are no words to describe the level of commitment this family has for people. They go WAY above and beyond their responsibilities as business owners/ employees. I was in need of their services twice in 2 days . The first time they took the time to research the item I needed to make sure it fit my application. The second time I was there to buy a bolt and a washer for my snowmobile. Not only did they help me find the proper bolt , they suggested that I pull my sled into their heated work area and then the OWNER of the business helped me to replace the bolt that had fallen out of my A arm assembly, rescuing me from a break down that would have sent me home otherwise. When I thanked them profusely and insisted on overpaying for the simple hardware I had purchased, the owner insisted that his employee take the remainder of my overpayment and put it is his pocket. Selfless! Very committed to the happiness of their patrons and I'm sure they take a lot of pride in knowing that they turn no one away. These are good people . Please patronize their business. As glowing as a reference as I can give these people , it doesn't express the true good nature and care they have for people , any people . If you go in their store they WILL take care of you . I was traveling through the area and needed propane for my permanently mounted tank on my Class C motorhome. I was staying at Brighton State Park so this location was pretty close. I called ahead of time to make sure they could fill my tank and inquire where to park. The lady on the phone was courteous.
