Our breakfast yesterday was so delicious that I wanted to experience it again Sunday morning ... And it was just as perfectly phenomenal ... today's gluten free baked good was a blueberry scone which was again perfect, slightly crunchy on the outside and moist and perfect inside, I meant to save part of it for later but I couldn't... This morning I got the gluten free English muffin breakfast sandwich, the English muffin was perfectly crispy, the sausage and American cheese and egg was perfect. I wish I lived closer so I could come more often, but I have a feeling we'll be making more trips up to get breakfast and go for a hike ... 10-stars!! Phenomenal food!! A destination. First, when I walked into a beautiful, clean space they said hi, I felt welcomed. They have gluten free options, the gluten free chocolate scone was delicious, slightly crunchy and the inside soft. The breakfast sandwich was so good, I must return tomorrow, perfect English muffin, home made ham wasn't at all rubbery, it was delicious with egg and American cheese ... Did I say this place is amazing??? I forgot to mention, the coffee was delicious and they offer real maple syrup to put in coffee!! Love it!!

We absolutely loved our visits to Three Branches Cafe & Bakery! 🤩 The owners and their staff are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming—the kind of people who make you feel like family. The conversation felt genuine, and the hospitality was above and beyond. 🤗 We came for breakfast three mornings in a row of our trip and were so glad they open early 😃 We tried the avocado toast and build-your-own breakfast sandwiches—both were fresh, flavorful, and made just right. 😋 The pastries were amazing too: cinnamon roll, sticky bun, mustache cookie, and a cream cheese danish… all absolutely delicious! We also enjoyed both the hot and iced maple lattes—so good! 😌 The space has a cozy yet modern feel, with beautiful original flooring and ceiling tiles that give it a unique charm. 🤍 We’re headed back to Eagle Pass, Texas but already dreaming of our next visit. This place is a true gem! 💎

Erin and Pierre have opened a fantastic coffee shop in the heart of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. They are both super welcoming and have designed a great space to meet with friends or study. I spent 4 hours there today and was able to observe their consistently warm interactions with customers throughout. For menu items, I enjoyed a single origin pour-over coffee; it was spot on for both intensity and flavor. The ricotta toast (with strawberries and honey) was excellent as was the cinnamon roll (which will certainly be ordered again soon).

I drove down all the way from newport vermont but it was definitely worth it the atmosphere is really nice of people are just amazingly sweet. The guy who I think was the owner was really really nice he came out and asked us how our food was. They have games in there. We came about 10 minutes to closing and they were still super nice they let us sit down and eat. I'm definitely gonna bring my whole family down and sit down with them and play games and eat our food. I definitely recommend it and they make the bagels fresh and the peanut butter pie slice thing was really good the cookie was really good the sandwich was really good surprisingly it wasn't even crowded at all we were the only people in there! I definitely recommend you go here it is worth the drive...
