I had a great experience at Gerald's Jewlers! I had a ring on my finger for over 10 years and only took it off here and there to clean it. I went over a year without cleaning it and realized it was STUCK on my finger and started to hurt really bad and was beginning to cut my finger .. I tried everything to get it off, including watching a YouTube video on how to get rings off with a string. Nothing worked and only made it worse. My mom suggested going to a jewelry store so I found the closest one and called Gerald's and Jerry told me to come in ASAP so he could cut it off before it got infected and I would have to go to the ER! I went in that day after work and he cut it off and resized it for me and I absolutely love how it turned out! He saved me a trip to the ER (and a bunch of money) and I'm so grateful for that!

Also, my mom had told me she lost a stone in her wedding ring and needed it resized before hers got stuck like mine. I told her about my good experience with Gerald's and she went in for an estimate. She said his estimate was a way better price than all of the other places she looked at, so she decided to take it there to be fixed. She had it back within a couple of days and absolutely loves how it turned out!

I would recommend Gerald's to all of my friends and family without a doubt! He also custom made an engagement ring for a friend of mine and I can NOT wait to see her face when she sees it! ...

Went in to have the settings checked on a few pieces. I was told on one piece the prongs the tiny stone was set in was "ready to fall out." I was also told more a significantly higher additional cost, he could do a special cleaning. I opted for just the fixing of the setting. I was told it would only take a few days. After not hearing back beyond the promised date, I stopped by. I was told in an abrupt tone, "It's not finished." No apology, nothing about when it would be ready - nothing. So I took my piece back. Ironically, I was wearing it when I went to Jared's to get a watch bracelet sized. I asked the very nice saleslady to check the setting and she said, "What prongs? There is nothing to fix. This stone isn't going anywhere!" So I would have paid for an unnecessary repair! Avoid this place!

For a whole Saturday, my husband and I were hopelessly searching for a sapphire engagement/wedding ring. We went to 4-5 jewelery chains and found nothing. Most of the stores had very little sapphire options and they were not pretty. Our last stop was Gerry’s. We walked in and we’re immediately greeted by Gerry and his awesome store containing cool antiques, a retro Nintendo, vintage Star Wars toys and crystal skulls. My husband and I knew this was the place for us. Gerry is a sapphire collector and had many stones of all different blue/green shades-from teal to cerulean blue. We picked the perfect cerulean blue stone and Gerry had it made and mounted in a week. It is the most gorgeous sapphire ring I have ever seen. Gerry is so easy to work with and did everything we asked and more. If you’re looking for amazing jeweler-Gerry is the guy for you. My husband and I will forever...
