Update: it pains me to say this and reduce my rating, but I’ve had to return to the store going on four times due to items purchases not working or missing pieces. I wrote the below review after the third return trip, believing it was just a fluke. But after returning home again with a replaced item, it too was missing a critical piece. I checked at the store before leaving but overlooked the need for this one piece (base plastic piece to the mop). Now I’m ordering the missing part off of Amazon. Unsure the discounted prices are worth this amount of inconvenience (I’m now a day behind on my floor project to save $10 after purchasing the part). If you do go here, put together items completely and run for several minutes before purchasing. Even something as simple as an O-Cedar mop.

Very cool store! Lots of stuff from clothes to tools to flooring to even furniture! My only issue is anything that was sealed was basically $20-$50 off. I was the only one who’s phone worked inside. when i looked up some new items it was clear the printed out retail price was the most expensive listing for the item. Most of us find the cheapest listing of the item the one we will purchase so often the discount wasn’t as great as they claimed. I’m sure once some of the new items have sat around they will drop the price. They still do have some great deals on clothing, furniture, and pet items. If they let you negotiate pricing on the brand new items (not lightly used or preowned) then I would consider it a better deal. Bought a patio set a few weeks back with a sintered stone top. All appeared good until closer look. Had some cracks in it and sintered stone is costly to repair so not really an option to fix. Called them and they offered an alternative table. Picked up and box appeared to have table legs in it....it didn't. Again, they went out of their way to gather the other box, find the missing legs and hardware and contacted me. (We both thought that the legs were in the first box). That is customer service at its best. Easy to work with and very adaptable to my schedule - they are open Saturday and Sunday but you sometimes can go during the week when they are sorting things for the coming weekend.
