I think that your district manager should not be allowed to have his girlfriend with him at the store allday and i was on lunch when i saw hom and her at a resturant eating and drinking mixed drinks.i thought he was working not hanging out with his girlfriend at the store allday and dtinking with her on his lunch break.is this the way you operate your stores i am a customer of Bristol tn.store and he has already showed me that when my accounts are paid off that i will not get anything from thT store agsin.sorry i dont mean to sound rude but just asking about your district mangers job and why he is so rude to people amd tells them he will have the police come with hos men to get their stuff I understand some people who do not pay needs to turn in what they rented but for him to threaten tbem is wrong.now they are closing the store and I was told very ruddley that if I don't come to Johnson City and pay my payment that I can turn everything I have a lot of money tied up in to turn it back into them or the police will come and get it. Thanks for your treatment of your loyal customers but we are not stupid people like your district manager...
