I first tried a small 4-piece box of your delectably good, salted caramels I bought from the French bakery in Falmouth, MA, Maison Villatte. Well, that was love at first bite! I had to go place an order for more on your website so I could get bigger boxes! Your caramel is the best I've ever had, smooth, velvety, buttery and holds its shape. Your dark chocolate is very high-quality like no other. I also loved the pure Alaska sea salt. I tried a few bars as well and they are unique in flavor and with unexpected surprises with orange and strawberry. Everything is so delicious, and I savor every bite to experience the full flavor profiles. Your shipping was perfection, even in the 90+degrees heat and your packaging is so cute and practical at the same time, I could see the effort and time you spend hand-packaging everything so perfectly. Your time and efforts did not go unnoticed. I will be back to place more orders! I love the two of you and your story! I was looking for a small business to support who could provide organic, fair trade chocolate. I was so happy to find Farmhouse Chocolates! I wanted to order a large quantity with personalized notes and have them sent to work colleagues. Eliza, one of the owners, was extremely accommodating and helped me make 3 different selections. She also made the ordering process super simple, allowing me to send a spreadsheet of addresses so I didn't have to place individual orders for each of my colleagues. I wanted them to arrive by a certain date and I they all arrived in time! When I got my chocolates I just about devoured them. I ordered the lavender, hazelnut and sea salt. It's really hard to say what my favorite is because they're all good. I also like that they're environmentally conscious of their packaging. They nailed it for me on customer service (accommodating and easy to work with), quality of product (organic/fair trade), and mindfulness of the environment...

Oh my goodness; these chocolates are AMAZING! Not only does the presentation of the packaging look beautiful, but a sweet, handwritten note is included. A sample of chocolate was also included with the order.

The salted caramels are beyond delicious, and we LOVE that they don't hide nutrition and the ingredient list from the customer. They are up front and honest about what they put into their chocolates. That is very much appreciated, in our opinions. One of the first things that drew us to this purchase was the list/amounts of heavy metals that were listed in the chocolate. Many people are unaware at how much toxicity can be in retail/big name chocolate brands. We believe Farmhouse Chocolates is doing it right!
