This place is wonderful! There is a gentleman there who every time I have a question heās there to help me.
In my most recent escapade I drove to the store to get a new flapper for my American Standard toilet because my universal toilet repair kit didnāt have the correct part. (hint: it wasnāt universal!)
He brought me directly to the toilet section and showed me exactly what parts I would need. He told me that if those parts did not work he would order a part that I might need (I accidentally broke a part!)
Iāve done things I never thought I could do, from plastering holes in the wall to fixing a toilet! As a new home owner (and a woman) I really appreciate his straightforward, professional manner, which has given me a ton of confidence to tackle more projects in the future! No āmansplainingā here!

I needed a van for 2 hours to move a new lawnmower. As I approached the counter, the 2 associates felt their non business conversation was more important than the only customer in the store. When inquiring about a van rental, the response was he had 2 rentals 2 days from now, and then proceeded to ask if I made a reservation online because they don't take walk-in rentals. I explained the site froze at date of pickup which I showed him on my phone. There were 6 trucks unrented, I thanked them for the lack of interest and said I would go to Uhaul 10 miles away. I was a Uhaul dealer for 5 years and I never felt it was an inconvenience to take care of a customer.. Off to...

I had an alternator bolt that was rusted to bits. He took me into the back into what I can only imagine to be his own machine shop, got the bolt out of its mount using what only men know as dad strength and a bit of heat. he then rethreaded the mount and found a new bolt to fit. Needless to say my project car is running as I type this and it's all thanks to him. I would have been back anyway but I'm here to say WILL SHOP AGAIN. 2025 needs more men like this. Hats off...
