China Wok — Restaurant in Broadview Heights

Never order from here!!!!! I've had two bad experiences in a row. The first, they messed up my order. At first refused to fix it bc I wasn't going to pay more since they charged for the less expensive item. I told you what I wanted, it's not my fault you got the order and the total wrong. After arguing for a couple of minutes the woman working, finally agreed to fix it without me paying more. Then I went on my way. That was roughly 6 months ago. Today I decided to try them again bc of convenience, and again it was a horrible experience. I called and started ordering, I was trying to ask if they had a certain dish, but wasn't sure how to word my question. The guy I'm talking to immediately starts being short with me and sighing, like I'm bothering him. After he asks if I'm done ordering and I say yes, he immediately hangs up on me. Doesn't tell me a total or how long it will be. I call back and in as pleasant a voice as I could do I ask the same guy how long it'll take for my order. He says, "20 minutes. I said that." Me: "No, you actually hung up on me." Him: "Oh, I'm sorry for the inconvenience." (In a snarky tone) Me: "Thank you so much. I appreciate it. I have been looking for a place with good chicken lo mein since "South China Wok" in Broadview Heights closed. They had the best Chinese food ever an I was a customer there for over 25 years until the couple retired and closed the restaurant. Do NOT confuse with this place because it has a similar name! Bar none, the worst Chicken Lo Mein I have ever had...and I have eaten Chicken Lo Mein at over 200 Chinese restaurants! Sauce had a horrible "musty" flavor and they put mushrooms in it! I have never seen mushrooms in Lo Mein at any other restaurant and I'm lucky it didn't put me in the hospital from my allergy to them. I only ate three bits and threw the rest away! They gave me the wrong entree. I didn’t realize till I drove back home. Similar to the 1 star google reviewer four days ago, the meal I ordered was more expensive than the one I got. I called right away and was offered that same entree for free the next time I want to order. I called and ordered the comped entree later that day, but they rescinded their offer.
