Main Street Play & Café — Local services in Broadview Heights

Incredible. This place is SO cute, well thought out and unique! It is so clean and I love that they close for a deep clean each month along with daily cleaning/sanitizing. I LOVE that there is an online reservation and they limit capacity for the open play times. We actually avoid a lot of other local indoor play areas because of overcrowding. I wish more places still did this, so MSPC will be our main go to for this reason alone! I am already planning to have my daughter’s birthday party here. The party package pricing is right on par especially for getting the entire place to your party! Again, an option that not many other places offer! We also absolutely loved the Cafe options. My 6 y/o loved creating his own charcuterie kids meal! Such a cute and fun idea for kids. They had multiple snack and lunch options too that made it easy to eat lunch there before heading home. We can’t wait to come back!

I wanted to come back and add that the whole time we were there, all of the staff was wonderful. They were helpful, kind and interactive with my kids! They helped myself and my cousin carry our food over to our tables for our kids. They were even constantly cleaning the floor to make sure it wasn’t slippery for the little ones with the snow being brought in from outside. The owner was also there actively involved!

Another important thing to add is the bathroom set up. They do not have their own restroom inside of the Play Cafe, but the men’s bathroom is right outside of the doors to the left and the women’s is right outside of the door just down the hall to the right. However with potty training toddlers or kids that wait for the last minute, it may be hard to get there in time from the play area. I would keep that in mind and...

I just had a birthday party for my 3yr old daughter. When I tell you it was an amazing experience from start to finish, I feel like that doesn’t even do it justice. Planning was a breeze with their event coordinator attentively helping every step of the way and answering every question. Day of, they thought of everything! From set up, checking on you and your guests during the party, to full clean up, It was so stress free and enjoyable! They went above and beyond and anticipated every need. My husband and I walked away so incredibly happy and our baby girl had the time of her life. We were actually able to enjoy the party and time with our family while watching our girl have the best time, instead of the usual stress of cleaning and hosting etc. Our guests keep raving about how great a time they had. We made the best memories that I will cherish...

We had a birthday party for both of my daughters at Main Street Play & Cafe + CMC Dance Studio. The party was so fun. The space was clean, bright and open, yet totally private and safe for our kids to run around and play. But more than the physical space, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They handled all of the food, making sure pizza, fruit and veggies were constantly being replenished. They cut the cake and assisted with handing it out. They managed the setup and the tear down, so that my husband and I only had to focus on small, special details. Their customer service was above and beyond what I expected.
