We were so so disappointed! The restaurant has been open for several months now, and I’ve been there before for an early weekday breakfast. We (party of 5) ordered specialty drinks and our waitress brought 4 instead of the 3 we ordered. I ordered the chicken pecan salad with dressing on the side. Another salad was ordered with the side dressing and 3 other meals were ordered. They were quite busy. We waited a good 35-40 minutes for our food…which was understandable. When they (the kitchen staff) brought my salad, the salad was drenched with the thick Dijon dressing. I didn’t even attempt to eat it and wanted to return it, but our waitress was no where to be seen. Everyone started to eat…and I waited. She finally came around about 15 minutes later and took it back to be remade. About 15 minutes later she brought it, but everyone was done eating. I asked for it to go. She took the salad and extra drink, which we had to remind her, off the bill. We all left. There is a McDonald’s next door from the First Watch, so I immediately went through their drive through for something to eat. When I got home, I looked at the salad and there wasn’t much chicken in it at all. We, my son, daughter-in-law and two teenage granddaughters, will NEVER go back to this First Watch again. I usually patronize the Macedonia First Watch, and that one never...
Read moreCame early for Mother’s Day to beat the rush. I’m type 1 diabetic and my blood sugar was low, we sat for 5/10 minutes before my boyfriend went to the “bar” to order an orange juice for me since nobody came to our table I assume since the rest of our table wasn’t there yet. It took another 10 minutes to get that orange juice. Ok whatever but like I said this was well before the brunch crowd. 3/4 of our dishes came out and we had to wait another 10 minutes for the 4th order to come out. We ordered 2 classic eggs Benedict’s (one came out cold) and the carrot cake pancakes with chicken apple sausage and scrambled eggs. The eggs on both eggs Benedict orders were hard boiled. The chicken sausage was gross and the scrambled eggs were hard. My dad didn’t have issues with his food. Service wasn’t necessarily bad and we chose not to speak to a manager because we already waited so long for the food and didn’t want to wait even longer for 3/4 dishes to be remade. Never had an issue with other first watch locations so not sure if this was a one off issue because of Mother’s Day or being a newer location but we could’ve saved allot of money and been way more satisfied getting McDonald’s...
Read moreThis was my first time back to a First Watch in almost 25 years. I was a little disappointed to see that everything was healthy. LOL I ordered eggs benedict, which was very, very good. The eggs were a tiny bit undercooked, but that's my preference. The bacon was perfectly crunchy. The hollandaise was good, and I was unable to tell if it was from a powder or house-made. Impressive. It came with a salad, which was weird, but the salad was delicious. It had a bright, lemony dressing and was simply mixed greens. The 3☆= not enough comfort food on the menu. My server was awesome, checking on me and my bottomless pot of coffee the perfect amount of times. The atmosphere was okay. It is very open, echo-y, bright, and sharp/cold, which is typical of a "healthy" modern restaurant. However, I was seated next to the loudest woman in NEOhio. I could have asked to be moved, but as a one top I hate to take up a four top table if it's not necessary. Unfortunately it was busy and I didn't want to be a pain in the buttinski, so I...
