I have ordered from them for years and years as well as spent lots of money yearly. I ordered flowers for my wife’s Birthday. Was told they would be there that morning. She received them as they was leaving work! And they flowers looked terrible. I called to let them know I was unhappy but requested nothing in return to find out they went and picked the flowers back up! No refund or nothing. I waited a week and called them and was told by owner he was replacing them that day as he needed to order new flowers and they just came in! Well another week later still no flowers or refund. Never again...

Called just days before Christmas from out of town to send a beautiful flower arrangement to a dear friend in Timberville. Spoke with Valarie who was very understanding of what I wanted to have delivered. She even called me back to inform me that the peace Lilly I requested to be potted in a ceramic dish did not come that way and would it be ok with another option I let her know that would be fine.
