Broadway Coffee House — Restaurant in Broadway

Owner said she doesn't like coffee, and unfortunately it shows. I'm not convinced there's a commercial espresso machine on site. I ordered a hot latte (no cappuccino, Americano, or plain espresso on the menu, which as a former barista myself, that's a red flag). They made my drink in the back room, I never heard the squeal of a steam wand, and the espresso itself tasted more like Nespresso or Keurig than an actual shot. The atmosphere is cute, the baked goods are decent, and I'm glad Broadway finally has something like this. I went in to get 3 iced lattes and the barista said they could only do iced coffee as they were cleaning the machine. I asked how long it would take and she said 10 minutes I’ll just do iced coffee for you.
