Campbell Piggly Wiggly — Local services in Brodhead

I was here early on a Sunday morning and I have to say this is a very nice Piggly Wiggly. The store was very clean, and although smaller than other pigs I have been to, had a nice variety of items. I mainly shopped at the produce section. The section was well stocked and there was a nice variety of high quality items. I just walked through the rest of the store, no real shopping, and the isles were clean and the shelves were stocked. The cashier was friendly and chatty. I enjoyed the interaction and she kept the conversation going throughout the checkout process. This is a very nice store and I would recommend...

We were passing through Brodhead on our way home and stopped for a quick few groceries. The employees that we encountered were all friendly, especially the young gal that checked us out. They had a good selection for a smaller grocery store and even local produce. I found big sprigs of fresh dill I hadn't been able to find! The local melon we purchased was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to get back and shop at a great grocery store with the friendly people...

Limited selection as this is a smaller store. They are reluctant to issue rain checks when they do not stock an item that they advertise in their own flyer.

*Update: Please be wary of this location, as they have a tendency to use misleading tactics to have "sales prices" where they advertise an item on sale, such as "buy two, get two free"- after they raise the regular pricing first! Be careful. They try to take advantage of trusting...
