I'm editing this review due to the response the owner sent me. I didn't do a full review the first pass due to time constraints. This review isn't based on a single visit but is based on a few visits over more than a year of time.
At the prices asked for the food I expect higher than average quality and good service if not great service. At best the food was ok. At worst it was burnt and not really edible. The service was terrible with each visit and the food prep was slow to ridiculously slow.
The most recent visit was with a large group and I understand staff shortages however you knew the group was coming. People received the wrong orders. People waited over an hour for a can of soda (It took that long for us to flag someone down that finally came close enough to hour table). Waiters told us the order that was supposed to ours had the wrong table number on the order. The tables have numbers on the table so that kind of mistake is hard to understand. People waited over 2 hours for food. Not even complicated food. A chicken salad.
As I said it was a large group so some forgiveness is given here. However my previous visits didn't give any better results so that is why I decided to give the review at all. I can forgive a bad experience but when every experience follows the same pattern it does warrant an honest review.
Instead of writing people who don't give you a good review (you did this with my wife a year ago to try to get her to change her review) how about fixing the problems instead of making excuses. Trying to smooth over the problem only after you receive a bad review is the worst way to handle the situation. When food is burnt take it back and replace it. When there is an obvious major problem like with the recent group visit do something (anything) to let the customers know they matter instead of letting people sit for 2 hours wondering what was going on. And little things matter. Get the orders straight. Get drinks out to people quickly. Let people know you appreciate their patience. Maybe even offer a bag of chips or something to hold them over till the food arrives. Not once during the visit did anyone offer any explanation or apologies. Could this perhaps cost you a little of your profit? Sure. But probably less than a bad review. Fix things at the moment instead of only addressing it once you get that less than stellar review.
Honestly I am an easy customer to please and I often give good reviews and very rarely bad ones. The only reason I came in recently after my previous bad experiences was due to the group event and I wanted to participate fully even though my instinct was to go elsewhere. I only live a few blocks away and when considering where to go to eat Firebolt Pizza has been off my list for a long time. I love pizza and was very disappointed to take any local business off my list. I support local business that offer good products and services.
Please don't take this as an attack but an opportunity to admit you have an ongoing issue with quality and service to address. Instead making excuses and just fix the issues. As I stated I have give this business multiple chances. I believe that is fair. I have nothing against you or the business other than the experiences I've had at your location.

The employee thought he said white sauce. Understandable. However when he brought it home it had Alfredo sauce on it. I do not under any circumstance eat Alfredo sauce. I called the restaurant back to tell them and the employee (young girl) said she read it back my husband agreed. Again understandable confusion. However, she told some âguyâ that she read back as Alfredo. She didnât. She was on speaker and I was sitting there listening. Had she said Alfredo we wouldâve stopped there and clarified better. He gets on the phone with an attitude right away and when I relayed the information again, he literally said, and I quote, âYouâll have to excuse me if I believe my employee over SOME CUSTOMERâ!! I couldnât believe whaling heard so I laughed and hung up. I never asked for a refund, I never asked for a replacement I was simply calling to inform them of what happened and let them know they need to say. âAlfredo sauceâ when someone orders light or white sauce. I am very upset and hungry as I canât eat the pizza with Alfredo sauce without vomiting. Good thing we had cereal!
I realize white sauce is Alfredo, had she asked Alfredo we wouldâve said no. Iâm sure she is a great young lady and I understand how this happened. Iâm more upset about the guy who got on the phone with an attitude right away and called me âsome customerâ. This customer pays for you to have a job and that attitude is not justified.    Read moreYour service is horrible I ordered a barbecue chicken gluten free pizza off the website. Then it was delivered it came as a the chicken with the horrible red sauce with no barbecue on the pizza or even to the side of the pizza. On the app we put barbecue chicken pizza. Which means sauce should be barbecue. So we called them let them know about the error the female manager said they can't remake it cause we order it through slice and we order barbecue chicken that is why they didnt make it correctly. But makes no sense we ordered barbecue chicken pizza. We have ordered that way before with no issues. Will not be ever ordering from them again. On there website it states order through slice. They said since we ordered in on slice they wouldn't refund either.. but we had to go through slice to get a refund. My receipt that was emailed to me states barbecue chicken pizza. Not plain chicken and red sauce pizza that is what I recieved nasty!! We use to always order through them and talk up about there pizza. Not no more poor customer service will not...
