Couldn't have asked for better service. We broke down just south of Berea Ky on I-75 northbound. I called and asked if they had the means to tow a suburban and a 23' boat and take 4 people and 2 large dogs all at once. He said no problem at all. Was to us in about 20-25 mins. Loaded the family into the wrecker. Put the Suburban on the flatbed and hooked the boat up to the wrecker. Took us to the hotel so we could get the family checked in. Took me and the truck to the shop to drop it off. Then took me to Walmart to get food for our dogs since we didn't have any with us. This is the what a great company is. He could have charged me double for everything he did for us tonight but he's not just a business man he's also someone that's fair and has empathy for people. Cannot thank Emery's enough for how amazing they are. We were in a severe car accident around midnight/1am on the 21st. The sheriff or the fire department called Emery's to come get my car out of the woods/storm run off... whatever it was in that I am sure was a pain to get it out of in the middle of the night. They gave me and my family a ride to the Berea Walmart for my mom to come pick us up since we are from Richmond. Treated us like family. Provided a car seat for my toddler since ours was goner, helped us get the rest of our stuff out of the car and genuinely showed care and concern regarding our injuries. As a very young women who has kids in the car as well as her husband it was the scariest night of my life. Awesome people. I never got around to doing a review from back in February 2020. My daughter totaled her car in a late night accident and this company was awesome, kind, personable, friendly, easy contact and went above and beyond. They made such a bad situation seem comforting Also had to call them in October 2020 due to an issue with our car to try and get it to a mechanics. They showed up at my husbands work and when he explained what happened they seemed to know what was wrong and offered to go get the part and replace it there on the spot !
