My 8 year old wanted her ears pierced again. She had a reaction to some earrings with her initial piercing (different business and no way to know it would happen) and she was scared to wear earrings so her holes grew back. She ask to get them done again. We scheduled an appointment, were greeted as soon as we walked in. We were offered several options for earrings. Once we were back for the actual piercing Steph examined my daughter’s ears and explained she needed a longer post due to the lobe size to allow room for some expected swelling while healing which wasn’t mentioned when her ears were pierced prior (another location so I was thankful for that consideration). We go back in 4 weeks to have a shorter post placed after swelling is down. I love the follow through! She was thorough with explaining every step of the piercing and cleaning instructions to my daughter and myself. I appreciated that she spoke to her and not over her to just me. After the piercing my daughter received a treat and certificate. The atmosphere is very laid back and clean. So Stephanie was AMAZING!! like TRULY AWESOME! sweetest girl ever!! i had gone to another piercing shop since i hadn’t heard of this one (i’m from alabama not oklahoma ).. anyway i had gotten my right tragus and forward helix done along with my Ashley (bottom lip)…. number one i hated the jewelry that the other place had to offer (my fault for getting in such a hurry 😊).. and two i was concerned my piercing’s weren’t healing properly (especially my lip).. i called steph and she told me to come on i. and she’d take a look.. i came from sapulpa RIGHT AWAY.. and she was so so nice and helped me pick out three of the cutest replacements and was super efficient and knew exactly what she was doing! like i was really concerned before coming in and just spending a few minutes with her eased my mind …. not to mention her taste in jewelry .. her selection .. and her willingness to make me happy was way way above and beyond !!! like REALLY loved my experience and WILL BE recommending stephanie at the golden gem to All of my people!!! if you want the BEST piercing at THE BEST PRICE…. this here is IT!!! thank you so so much...

I took my younger sister here and we got matching jewelry!
