Edited on 8/31 - I must say that Milano really stepped up with my sisters headstone. After trying unsuccessfully to fix the stone, Milano replaced the entire piece. Dave from Milano is an angel. He guided me through every step and now I am proud to say that my baby sister has a beautiful stone. I do not know who it was that I originally spoke with, but this company did everything in their power to make this situation correct. Professional, kind, knowledgeable. Thank you.

Edited on 8/12 - After much back and forth, Milano Monuments has really stepped up their service. Dave is going out there personally to try and fix the lettering. He was very apologetic that it was taking so long. Will reserve final review when the work is completed.

The etching on my sisters stone is almost gone! One can not read the stone. It is almost flat. They are trying to tell me that I did not clean the stone (have never heard of this), it should of been repainted (?). Every other headstone around my sisters is in great shape and some of them have been there twice as long. My sister passed away in 2012. They have thrown everything at me (type of stone, type of paint, not cleaned). I do not see how THEIR decision of a paint vendor should impact me....

Absolutely wonderful to work with and Dave was great. I live in Texas and was not able to go into their show room for a face to face meeting to design a headstone for my grandmother. So we were able to set up a time and do a Zoom meeting instead which worked out perfect. Dave was able to answer all my questions and help guide me a bit on exactly what I had in mind. The zoom meeting was so much easier and faster than if we were going to try and do it over phone and email. This way I was able to see in real time exactly how changing certain things made it look better or worse and no back and forth with emails to see changes. I could see this as a great option even if you did live in the area, but weren't able to make it in due to a tight schedule or health issues etc.. Its a really simple and painless process that can be done on your phone or on a computer with the zoom app and doesn't cost a thing so even better. Would definitely recommend Dave Focht @ Milano Monuments....

I was very hurt and disappointed. I made a appointment but on the day of my appointment no one had any idea of this appointment. I was given the feeling that because of my skin color no one wanted to wait on me. When I told them I spoke with some one and had made the appointment no one knew what I was talking about. If you speak with someone on the phone and they make a appointment with you I would think it would be wrote down so other associates would know. Instead of someone just saying hey I'm not sure but what can I help you with. Instead everyone took off to find kyle. Then Kyle comes and looks at me and is dumb founded.. Doesn't remember making appointment, doesn't know what I'm talking about. I ended up just leaving after being made to feel un welcomed, ignored, and not important. Then I get a call from kyle after I leave. Now we have found my phone number and know who I am.. I'm sorry I didn't look the way you felt...
