Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Brook Park

Update: The owner called me, was very nice, apologized, and we had a nice conversation. I hope he's successful with his business. It's very unfortunate that he's trying to accomplish a good business but like many businesses right now, can't find employees that want to work or even care about doing a good job. I hope others will give his business a chance because we all need good businesses to stay for our economy. I wish you well James. I will come visit your business again. I raised your stars based off you made it a point to reach out.

Ordered curbside for Brookpark location, nobody would answer the phone, tried even asking employees outside but didn't even pay attention, ended up going in to get my order, no apology, ordered extra cheese for both my loaded and cheese fries, no extra, the fries were plain, only cheese sauce was the cups I ordered, nothing on the order! Sandwiches were thrown together so didnt even cover the bun. Terrible experience, wont be going...

Ordered through drive thru. .60c wings monday/Tuesday. Ordered two six piece wings. One dozen wings with ranch ($7.20)... And added a regular fry and drink ($2 addon).. Was presented with a total of $17.95?!?!? How in the world this total was calculated, I have no idea. And luckily I was paying attention. When i arrived at the window, I was given the same total. Confused, I asked for clarification, from the window attendant (different than the person taking the order). He pushed buttons on the screen and fixed the total. Obviously, something wasn't entered correctly, because the total was about half the initial total. Recieved my order, and proceeded to travel back to where I was to eat. The wings were mediocre, which I honestly figured they would be, coming from a cheese steak shop. Problem was, the ranch wasn't included in the bag. And, I was charged for it. 3 stars, will revisit when the establishment had had some time to grow...

Cheese steak was delicious. Lady at the counter was friendly and prompt.

Update as of July 2023. I come to this particular Charlie's cheese steak location as much as possible. Quick, friendly service. My order has never been wrong and I asked for no mushrooms every time. I probably been here 50 times. The app is 100% legit, I'd probably have to say it's the number two maybe three of all fast food apps that I've used behind Chick-fil-A only. Charlie's rewards is on par with any other fast food at and every single time you come here they're offering free stuff with the purchase of a cheesesteak whether it's fries or a milkshake or buy one get one milkshakes or buy one get one cheese...
