Place has steadily gone downhill since the O'Briens took over. They're kicking out Battlefront Paintball after not honoring a handshake deal made with the owners to conduct maintenance on the property to satisfy rent. Battlefront Paintball has put tons of their own money into maintaining the Yankee Lake equipment and field in lieu of rent, per their deal, but the O'Briens refused to sign any guarantee with him because they don't have a lease for the property themselves, they haven't even finished purchasing the property from the original owner. Now they're changing Google locations without Battlefront's permission and threatening an illegal eviction. They're known for squeezing every penny out of people then discarding them, don't do any business with these owners as they'll make promises, squeeze you for every penny, then...
