I am the type that don’t really write reviews but since I chose wax bar from the reviews I feel it’s fair if I share mine. It has been around 32 hours now since I had my first Brazilian and all I can say are positive things about Kristen. I was so nervous and was having so much anxieties. I spoke to her on the same day I made my appointment and I knew I was in good hands. The pain was nothing compare to what I’ve imagine. She guide me through the whole session and also gave me great advices on aftercare. She is very fast and super ocd which I love because yes I want everything out if possible for my first time which she did get everything. You can also call her for any questions or concerns which I did today. Please book with Kristen if you want an awesome experience for your first time. After reading reviews, I thought this place would be great.

However, Kristen just cancelled my appointment due to an appointment I scheduled last year. Apparently, last summer, I tried to schedule an appointment with them but it did not work out. She needed my card on file for this appointment but never reached out to me. I received no text or emails requesting a card on file. When I reached out as to why my appointment was cancelled, she stated she requested for my card and I never responded. I asked her how she tried to reach out to me as I never received any requests from her. I booked this appointment in May and signed all the consent forms she sent to my email and even received the confirmation text message.. so if she tried to reach out to me via email or text, I would have gotten it. Honestly pretty disgusting and disappointing service before even getting to my appointment. I booked this wax almost 3 weeks ago. I booked at a time that was convenient for me as one does. I get a text today saying my appointment was rescheduled an hour earlier. No communication just changed my appointment without my approval of it. Then I get a nasty message from the owner herself saying my appointment got scheduled to 6:40 (which is 20 minutes after what the text above told me) and saying how I need to respond to her by the end of the day otherwise she will just assume I dont want it. Dont go here, she cancelled my sisters appointment when it was my sister’s birthday and now has rearranged my appointment because it inconvenienced her too much to get me in at my scheduled time.
