I could easily add a lot more to the list, but I've been to multiple gyms across multiple states and this is by far my favorite. The owner(s) prove how much they care about their business by constantly adding or updating things and keeping it extremely clean. Highly recommend this gym if you're looking to get back into shape, you won't find a better one...

I’ve been going to this gym for 8 months. In that time frame I’ve paid 38$ each month, no contract, no start up fee, not one additional dollar. That is unheard of in the gym industry. I’m happier paying this monthly fee than any tv subscription hands down.

In those 8 months, The gym has grow from 3 rooms to 6. Each room adds a plethora of diverse equipment. I’m still paying $38 a month.

This gym has everything you need. The equipment is the best and mike doesn't hold back when it comes to bringing in new equipment. From Yoga, boot camp and other classes, this gym is for everyone! I have been to some amazing gyms in the boise area but this gym is on another level. Cardio areas, stretching area, crossfit area and the everything for heavy lifting.
