Grainger Industrial Supply — Local services in Brooklyn Heights

Mostly always love going to Grainger supply. They carry a TON of stuff that an HVAC service company could find itself needing that nowhere else in the area carries, especially when it comes to the industrial sector. If your supplier doesn't carry something that seems simple that you thought your supplier would have and didn't..... I promise Grainger likely will.

Another thing about Grainger, they are quick to hand you parts in will call, but as a tool guy, its still a challenge for me to just run in and out! When you walk in there you quickly realize that they blow home Depot out of the water when it comes to Milwaukee tools! They have an impressive inventory of Milwaukee (and even DeWalt if thats your thing). I come to find put last time I was in there that they also sell like every brand of work boots and shoes imaginable too. What doesn't...

BEYOND....Have you ever tried to replace a cartridge in a faucet and feel helpless? Well, Go see Richard Costella at Grainger because the entire team (Richard, aka the Muscle) and Mary and their manager know their stuff and removing an old leaky cartridge from a Cifial Techno Low Profile Faucet (no longer in the USA) was a normal day for the team at Grainger. I am so thankful, I tried to tip but no tips are allowed, perhaps a raise for Richard? Thank you again, I really appreciate it and I will always refer all of my business to this store. Pro: very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. They were even able to pull up a comparison screen from the website to compare two items. For a pick-up, or if you happen to be looking for the items they have out (which, granted, includes some cool items like several high-end Fluke multimeters), I’d rate this 5 stars.

Con: it’s a tiny little store. Unless you happen to be shopping for something they have on display, it’s probably not worth making a trip here without having ordered in advance.
